Job description

Job Summary:
Georgia IT, Inc. is seeking a Release Train Engineer to manage and optimize the flow of value through the Agile Release Train (ART). The role involves facilitating PI Planning readiness and encouraging collaboration between teams and architects, ensuring transparency and visibility of objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize the flow of value through the ART
• Facilitate PI Planning readiness by fostering a Continuous Exploration process which drives the synthesis of a Vision, a Roadmap, and Backlogs, and through Pre- and Post-PI Planning meetings
• Summarize Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives (the RTE) and publish them for visibility and transparency
• Encourage collaboration between teams and System and Solution Architects/Engineering
Qualifications:
Required:
• SAFe certification is mandatory
• Manage and optimize the flow of value through the ART
• Facilitate PI Planning readiness by fostering a Continuous Exploration process which drives the synthesis of a Vision, a Roadmap, and Backlogs, and through Pre- and Post-PI Planning meetings

• Previous HClient experience would be a plus
