Job Title: VitalSuite Support Engineer

Location: Remote work( Willing to work in CST business hours)

Duration: 6+ Months

Tele or Skype

Client - Nokia

Must be U.S. citizen or U.S. permanent resident (Green Card Holder)

At least 2-3 years of experience working with Nokia VitalSuite platform

At least 2-3 years of integration/deployment experience of software solutions (preferable VitalSuite)

At least 2-3 years of experience supporting software solutions (preferably VitalSuite)

Experience working with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft DNS

Experience with Disaster recovery solutions and architecture including node level backup and restore (Vitalsuite preferably)

Understanding of DNS/DHCP/ENUM

Understanding of IPv4, IPv6 concepts

Basis understanding of Web development with XML

Networking knowledge with TCP/IP,

Database Management experience of at least 2-3 years with MSSQL

At least 2-3 years of experience with various operating system such as Linux, Solaris, and Windows.
