About the Role

Ash is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be a key contributor responsible for implementing high-impact features and solving novel problems that make a difference to real people. You'll be a technical anchor on your team, and will be influential both as an architectural guide and as a primary contributor. Your role will allow you to flex your software design muscles, elevate codebase quality, and make substantive code contributions all at once.

The Platform group plays a role in just about everything Ash builds. As a Senior Software Engineer within this group, you will influence services that touch every part of the business, and will be a key player in building infrastructure that makes high-quality care easier to access.

  • Knows how to get the most out of AI-powered development techniques, and is excited to stay on the bleeding edge as the technology continues to develop.
  • Brings empathy to the table, can communicate effectively within and outside the engineering organization, and cares about what patients and other users experience.
  • Is passionate about solving problems involving complex systems related to the delivery of high quality healthcare.
