This role will be fulfilled within a remote community health clinic setting, enabling you to work from the comfort of your home while still effectively connecting with clients. • Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations tailored to determine the most effective treatment plans for clients.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and psychologists, to ensure holistic and integrated care for clients.
• Maintain meticulous, up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed on current research and best practices relevant to mental health therapy.

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing counseling services is essential, preferably in a clinical setting that required direct client interaction.
• Demonstrated ability to implement diverse therapeutic modalities effectively and adjust interventions based on client-specific needs.
• Excellent communication skills, adept at building rapport with clients to establish strong therapeutic relationships.

• Specialization in treatment areas such as trauma recovery, substance use disorders, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly desirable.
• Experience working within collaborative healthcare environments that include multiple therapeutic and medical disciplines.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) platforms and telehealth software is preferred.

• Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with your caseload and relevant experience.
