About the Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Associate Software Fulfillment Specialist to support our software fulfillment and SaaS delivery operations. This role sits at the intersection of customer experience, licensing automation, and digital product delivery, ensuring customers receive seamless, secure access to our platforms and products.

You'll play a critical role in order-to-fulfillment workflows, enabling customers to quickly realize value from our solutions. If you thrive in a fast-paced, systems-driven environment and enjoy solving operational challenges, this is a great opportunity to grow within SaaS operations.

What You'll Do:

Software Fulfillment:

  • Execute end-to-end order fulfillment workflows, ensuring accurate and timely provisioning of software and software subscriptions

  • Generate and deliver license entitlements, activation keys, and access credentials through integrated systems

  • Ensure customers are successfully onboarded and activated with minimal friction

  • Ensure compliance with U.S. export control regulations by validating customer, product, and geographic eligibility prior to fulfillment of export-controlled software and licensing

TrustedCare Support:

  • Manage customer lifecycle activities within TrustedCare, including user onboarding, access provisioning, and entitlement management to support a seamless activation experience

  • Provide ongoing TrustedCare support, resolving access, provisioning, and platform-related inquiries to ensure consistent and high-quality customer experiences

Operational Excellence and Automation:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and implement scalable improvements

  • Contribute to automation and system optimization efforts within fulfillment workflows

  • Maintain and enhance process documentation and operational playbooks

Collaboration and Customer Experience:

  • Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders to resolve fulfillment issues quickly

  • Ensure high-quality, consistent experiences across all customer touchpoints

  • Owns User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features, integrations, and product releases for U.S. export-controlled products

Qualifications:

We're looking for an Associate Software Fulfillment Specialist who has:

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and accountability

  • A strong desire to partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational outcomes

  • Adaptability to shift priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency

  • The ability to operate independently with minimal direction and oversight

  • Strong communication skills to convey information and resolve issues effectively

  • Familiarity with SaaS or software delivery processes

  • Experience working with enterprise business systems such as Salesforce, Oracle EBS, etc.

  • Experience in a service or manufacturing environment utilizing integrated business systems

  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Compensation Range:


The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $50,201-$73,627 per year (in the primary posting location). Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company's discretionary annual incentive plan. In addition to your pay, Entrust offers eligible colleagues and their dependents comprehensive health and well-being programs which include medical, vision, dental, a generous 401(k) matching contribution, life and disability insurance, mental health coaching, virtual fitness programs, paid personal time off plus 12 paid holidays, parental leave and education reimbursement.
