Job description

The Project Manager supports the Project Director in the execution and delivery of all contract activities, serving as the operational lead responsible for coordinating day-to-day program functions. This role ensures alignment across data, analytics, technical, and communications workstreams, translating strategic direction into actionable plans and high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Execution & Integration
  • Manage daily program operations, ensuring alignment with contract requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint ceremonies to keep the team aligned and resolve obstacles quickly.
  • Translate Project Director guidance into detailed work plans, schedules, task assignments.
  • Coordinate across Data Scientist, Research Analyst, and Technical Writer to ensure cohesive and integrated outputs.
  • Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables; proactively manage risks and issues.
Data & Analytics Coordination
  • Oversee execution of data integration, validation, and analytics workflows in coordination with the Data Scientist.
  • Ensure alignment between analytical outputs and program objectives, reporting needs, and policy requirements.
  • Support quality assurance of data products, analyses, and technical deliverables.
Reporting & Deliverables Management
  • Manage development and submission of contract deliverables, ensuring quality, consistency, and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with the Technical Writer to produce clear, accurate reports, briefings, and documentation.
  • Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive briefings for the Project Director and Government stakeholders.
Pilot & Implementation Support
  • Support planning and execution of pilot activities, including operational workflows, stakeholder coordination, and performance monitoring.
  • Track pilot outcomes and support transition to broader implementation.
  • Ensure operational readiness and continuity across program phases.
Stakeholder Coordination
  • Support communication with Government stakeholders, ensuring responsiveness and clarity.
  • Facilitate meetings, document outcomes, and track action items.
  • Ensure alignment across internal team members and external partners.
Team Leadership & Support
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and coordination for analysts and support staff.
  • Foster collaboration across functional roles to ensure efficient program execution.
  • Support onboarding and coordination of team resources.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 8–12 years of experience in program or project management
  • PMP certification (or equivalent) preferred
  • Experience managing or supporting federal contracts
  • Experience coordinating data, analytics, or technology-focused initiatives preferred
  • Familiarity with federal healthcare programs (e.g., CMS, Medicare Advantage, VA) preferred
  • Strong program and project management capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and coordination skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, complex environments

Technical Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Microsoft Project or similar tools

  • Experience working in data and technology-enabled environments preferred
Compensation:  $125K dependent upon qualifications, experience, and overall fit
Location:  This is a 100% remote/telework position.
