• Conduct initial assessments and collaboratively establish treatment goals with clients.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy focused on both prevention and healing, tailored to meet the diverse needs of your clients.
• Develop, implement, and regularly review treatment plans to ensure they are effective and relevant.
• Coordinate with other healthcare providers and community resources to facilitate comprehensive client care.
• Maintain organized documentation and timely records of client sessions in accordance with regulatory requirements.

As a mental health counselor with New Beginnings Behavioral Health LLC, you will primarily serve a varied client demographic that includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. You will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate their challenges, fostering resilience and personal growth.

• Must possess a valid and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling is required.
• Proficiency with telehealth technologies and clinical software is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of community mental health resources to assist clients in connecting with additional support services.
