• Deliver personalized, evidence-based therapy through weekly live video sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients dealing with various emotional disorders.
• Collaboratively develop and implement individualized treatment plans that target familial relationship dynamics, behavioral challenges, and personal issues, observing the unique contexts of each client.
• Conduct remote assessments and therapy sessions, utilizing telehealth technologies to facilitate effective communication and engagement.
• Guide individuals and families in developing practical skills and strategies to constructively confront their challenges, fostering resilience and personal growth.
• Assess clients’ emotional and mental health needs, deliver accurate diagnoses, and design comprehensive treatment plans aimed at achieving therapeutic goals.

In this role, you will primarily serve adult clients experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other emotional struggles. Your therapeutic approach will be essential in restoring their capacity for wellness and enabling them to thrive in their personal and professional lives.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) from an accredited institution.
• An active LMFT license issued by the State of California.
• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, demonstrating a robust understanding of therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• Proficiency with telecommunication technology and video-conferencing applications; familiarity with telemedicine practices is a significant advantage.
• Comprehensive knowledge of diagnostic principles, treatment protocols, and rehabilitation methodologies for mental and emotional disorders.

While not mandatory, experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Family Systems Therapy will be highly regarded. Experience working within a team setting and familiarity with outpatient treatment modalities are also beneficial.

This full-time position offers an attractive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, our benefits package includes:
