• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health challenges accurately. Collaborate with clients to develop effective, tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs.
• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing diverse therapeutic techniques grounded in research, ensuring client engagement and promoting personal growth.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Tranquil Trail, you will work with a diverse client population encompassing individuals, couples, and families facing conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. • An active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• The compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
