• Provide tailored counseling and psychotherapy services to clients, adapting methodologies to meet their unique needs.
• Prepare comprehensive treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals and steps for client discharge to ensure continuity of care.
• Conduct thorough assessments through interviews, case histories, and observational techniques to collect data on clients’ mental health status.
• Evaluate collected data to identify core issues and determine appropriate therapeutic approaches or referrals to additional specialists as needed.
• Maintain an active caseload, offering both individual therapy and collateral therapy to clients and their families.
• Regularly review client case files for quality assurance, ensuring documentation such as progress notes, assessments, and care plans are complete and compliant with clinical standards.
• Adapt assessment protocols according to best practices and health plan regulations, contributing to enhanced care delivery.

The clientele at our detox center presents a diverse range of backgrounds and challenges, including both acute and chronic needs related to substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. As an LCSW, you will play a critical role in helping these individuals navigate their recovery journey, ensuring they receive empathetic and effective support tailored to their circumstances.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare setting, with at least one year specifically in a mental health context.
• A strong understanding of therapeutic practices, case management, and the ability to foster effective therapeutic relationships.
• Proven conflict management skills, allowing for constructive resolution of client challenges.

• Experience working in detox or substance use treatment settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and program-specific documentation requirements.
• Background in training or mentoring junior staff or interns in clinical social work practices.
