  • Defect Management, Risk, & Reporting
    • Identify, track, and validate defects; partner with engineering to troubleshoot issues, verify fixes, and support production as needed.
    • Assess risk, adapt to changing priorities, and provide clear reporting on test execution, defect status, and deployment readiness.
  • Collaboration, UAT, & Operational Support
    • Collaborate cross‑functionally in Agile ceremonies and during UAT to ensure alignment with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
    • Support global and release operations through off‑hours testing, early‑morning collaboration with offshore teams, and continuous improvement of QA standards and metrics.

    • Demonstrated experience as a mid-level QA Engineer or Analyst, contributing to end-to-end testing efforts across multiple releases.
    • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance principles within Agile/Scrum environments.
    • Hands-on experience designing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web-based and/or API-driven applications using both manual and automated methodologies.
    • Proficiency with defect tracking and test management tools; able to clearly document, communicate, and validate defects end to end.
