Job Overview

We are seeking experienced AI Coding Agent Users to support a project focused on improving real-world AI coding capabilities. You will document and evaluate how AI coding tools are used for complex software development, debugging, and codebase navigation.

No prior AI training experience is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document real-world use cases involving AI coding agents such as Copilot and Codex.

  • Share workflows for navigating large codebases, debugging, and architectural changes.

  • Provide detailed walkthroughs of feature development and technical problem-solving.

  • Explain tool selection, decision-making, and how AI agents improve productivity and code quality.

  • Evaluate AI coding agent performance and provide structured feedback.

  • Collaborate remotely with project stakeholders through clear technical communication.

Required Qualifications
  • Current STEM or software professional with hands-on experience using AI coding agents.

  • Experience applying AI tools to complex programming tasks.
