Pay Range: $52hr - $57hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 1+ years of experience in IT agile project management.
  • Experience with Salesforce, MuleSoft, Adobe Experience Platform, and Eloqua integrations.
  • Experience in third-party lead intake standardization and automation opportunities.
  • Experience in lead enrichment with source attribution, campaign/tactic metadata, and customer journey visibility.
  • Experience in reporting, analytics, SLA monitoring, data quality controls, and workflow audit trail.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead capture, ingestion, validation, enrichment, scoring, qualification, routing and nurturing.
  • Integrate Salesforce, MuleSoft, Adobe Experience Platform, and Eloqua.
  • Standardize and automate third-party lead intake.
  • Enrich leads with source attribution, campaign/tactic metadata, and customer journey visibility.
  • Monitor reporting, analytics, SLA, data quality controls, and workflow audit trail.
