As a telehealth provider, you will make use of our secure online platform to conduct therapy sessions. • Conduct individualized remote therapy sessions with clients using our encrypted online platform.
• Assess client needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans, adjusting them based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.
• Monitor client progress meticulously, applying evidence-based strategies to enhance treatment efficacy and client satisfaction.
• Maintain thorough and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in regular consultations with other mental health professionals within the organization to ensure comprehensive care and support for varied client needs.
• Remain current with best practices in mental health care, including participating in continuous professional development and training opportunities.

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor at BJC Psychotherapy Services, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges. Our client base includes individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, all of whom require tailored therapeutic approaches. You will have the opportunity to make significant impact on their lives by providing empathy, understanding, and professional support.

• A Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active licensure as a mental health therapist in the state of Georgia, specifically as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and foster a trusting therapeutic relationship.
• Proficient in the use of technology for conducting telehealth sessions, including navigating necessary software platforms.
• Ability to exhibit a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to ethical standards in all interactions.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing individual therapy is preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth service delivery models is advantageous.
• Experience using therapeutic modalities suited for remote therapy sessions (CBT, DBT, etc.) is desirable.

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
