• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to formulate tailored therapeutic plans that address individual needs.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with Sutter Psychotherapy Services, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, families, and couples representing various backgrounds and experiences. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, with a preference for clinical contexts.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating an ability to establish rapport with diverse client populations.
• Knowledge of and adherence to legal and ethical counseling practices.
• Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) software and telehealth technologies.

• Specialization or experience in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or addiction counseling is highly valued.
