To help us take our next step, we are looking for a driven Head of Dental Sales to help us continue our journey in the health and wellness market and bring BURST products to dental offices and patients everywhere.

Your Mission:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Head of Dental Sales to join the BURST team. This role is responsible for promoting, selling, and growing BURST’s dental products to dental practices, clinics, and healthcare providers across the U.S. The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional with strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and a genuine passion for the dental industry. This an exciting opportunity for someone driven to win, build a sales program that scales successfully and own how BURST expands in the US!

This role will report to our CMO.

What You’ll Do:

  • Exceed Gross Profit Target across several channels (practices and DSO's) throughout the US market. How do we turn every dental practice into a BURST partner!
  • Implement and scale lead generation process and B2B partner maintenance.
  • Implement and drive the success of the department. Bring your expertise and ideas! How do we keep this department growing and exceeding our goals.
  • Use high volume outreach to execute a consistent, multi-channel cadence (email, phone, social) to engage dental professionals and corporate partners, converting cold interest into high value partners and maintaining current partners.
  • Strategize and improve product presentations and demonstrations to dental practices and clinics.
  • Uncover pain points in a partner's current oral care offerings and strategize messaging for how BURST's B2B solutions fill those gaps.
  • Evaluate practice's current patient home care recommendations to identify how BURST's professional suite can improve patient compliance and oral health outcomes.
  • Data Research & CRM Management: Propose, implement, and maintain a CRM program
  • Multi-Channel Cold Outreach: Initiate contact through high volume personalized outreach, including cold calls, emails, and social selling.
  • Develop and test timely engagement hooks, from product launches to seasonal health trends, driving consistent partner engagement.
  • Messaging & A/B Testing: Continuously refine and test outreach scripts, email subject lines, and value propositions to optimize conversion rates.
  • Provide regular reporting and maintain dashboards for use internally and for senior management.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.

What You’ll Need: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or dental/ medical device sales industry experience.
  • At least 3-5 years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record of sales performance in the dental industry.
  • Proven record leading a team and managing a sales territory
  • Strong understanding of dental products and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
  • Familiarity with dental practice management and operations.
