About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to support our implementation team in delivering high-quality services to our clients. This role is ideal for someone who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in software implementation and consulting, with a potential growth path into a Yardi Implementation Consultant role.
As a Yardi Implementation Coordinator, you will play a key supporting role across multiple client projects, assisting with documentation, system testing, data validation, and general project coordination tasks. This position requires a high level of organization, strong written communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail. You will work closely with senior consultants to ensure project deliverables are completed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Support implementation projects by assisting with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks
- Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and internal documentation
- Assist in developing and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts
- Document business requirements based on guidance from senior team members
- Log, track, and follow up on project issues and defects
- Perform data entry, validation, and basic data analysis to support system configuration and migration efforts
- Assist with system setup and configuration tasks under direction from senior consultants
- Prepare project materials, meeting notes, and status updates
- Help ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date
- Provide general support to the implementation team, stepping in to assist wherever needed
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of professional work experience, preferably in real estate, property management, or a related field
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in written and technical work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Yardi software or other property management systems
- Experience in property management, accounting, or real estate operations
- Prior experience with technical writing, documentation, or process mapping
- Familiarity with software implementation projects or testing methodologies (UAT)
- A proactive, "jack-of-all-trades" mindset with a willingness to take on a wide variety of tasks
