We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Enterprise Integration team โ€” a cloud-native team building APIs and microservices that connect healthcare supply chain systems across ERPs and trading partners. This is not a traditional coding-only role. The primary mandate is to lead the teamโ€™s adoption and application of Claude AI, building skills and agents that automate engineering processes, streamline deployments, and accelerate delivery. You will serve as the liaison between the team and internal AI organization, identifying which AI capabilities can be applied to our workflows and driving implementation.

Claude AI & Agent Leadership (Primary Focus)

โ€ขย ย ย ย ย ย ย Design, build, and maintain Claude-powered skills and agents that automate engineering workflows -ย not for writing code, but for automating processes: deployment prep, pull request management, code reviews, environment setup, and release timing.

โ€ขย ย ย ย ย ย ย Serve as the teamโ€™s lead on Claude Code adoption - setting standards, coaching engineers, and building repeatable patterns.

โ€ขย ย ย ย ย ย ย Act as liaison between the team and internal AI team - evaluating what AI capabilities exist internally and determining what applies to Fusionโ€™s needs.

โ€ขย ย ย ย ย ย ย Identify manual, time-consuming engineering processes and design agent-based solutions to reduce effort and cycle time.

Engineering & Integration
