WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Sr. Software Developer (Salesforce) designs, develops, and supports scalable Salesforce solutions that enable critical business processes and enterprise initiatives. This role partners with business and technical teams to translate requirements into secure, high-performing applications, integrations, and automated workflows. The position requires strong Salesforce development expertise, solution design skills, and the ability to independently deliver reliable, maintainable solutions in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

1. Salesforce Solution Design & Development

  • Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce applications, workflows, integrations, and platform components.

  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

  • Lead technical delivery from design through deployment while ensuring security, performance, and maintainability.

  • Serve as a senior technical resource for complex development and production support issues.

2. System Integrations & APIs

  • Build and maintain integrations with MuleSoft, Heroku microservices, legacy systems, and third-party platforms.

  • Develop and support REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven integrations, and asynchronous processing solutions.

  • Implement monitoring, error handling, and data security controls to ensure reliable data exchange.

3. Data Management & Governance

  • Design and maintain data models supporting loan origination, underwriting, and credit operations.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, integration patterns, and secure application development.
