ROLE -Senior Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) Developer to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful ERP initiatives, designing and customizing solutions that drive operational efficiency and business success. You'll be part of a collaborative environment where innovation and technical excellence are valued. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with deep expertise in Infor CSI (SyteLine), Microsoft .NET technologies, and SQL, and is comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

This is a hybrid position based out of our Hauppauge, NY or Tampa, FL offices, or may be fully remote depending on the right candidate.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, system design, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document technical and business requirementsfor new software solutions and system enhancements.
  • Develop customizations, enhancements, reports, and add-onsfor the CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) ERP system to meet evolving business needs.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenancefor existing systems and applications, including troubleshooting issues, applying fixes, and performing upgrades.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teamsto design, implement, and deliver high-quality software projects.
  • Conduct thorough testing of system modificationsand maintain detailed documentation of programming tasks, procedures, and outcomes.
  • Assist in evaluating new technologies and tools to enhance development efficiency and system capabilities.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain code quality across the team.
  • Support data migration and integration efforts between SyteLine and other enterprise systems.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and team members.
  • Help define and refine development standards, processes, and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify opportunities for process automation and system optimization.
  • Participate in internal audits and compliance reviews related to ERP systems and data handling.
  • Assist in planning and executing system testing, including regression and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Stay current with updates and releases from Infor and recommend adoption strategies when appropriate.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • 10+ years of experiencein software or systems development, with a strong foundation in enterprise applications.
  • 5+ years of hands-on development experiencewithInfor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine), including customizations, integrations, and enhancements (V9/V10).
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing and sales business processes, with the ability to align technical solutions to business objectives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft .NET technologies, includingT-SQL, C#, and VB.NET.
  • Expert-level skills in SQL, including stored procedure development, database design, and performance optimization.
  • Experience creating business reportsusingSQL, SSRS, and Crystal Reports.
  • Familiarity with Infor OS ecosystem, includingIDM, Doc-Trak, Workflows a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaborativelyin a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Skilled in analyzing business and technical requirementsto design scalable, maintainable solutions withinInfor CSI (SyteLine).
  • Experience building web-based applicationsusingASP.NET/MVC, APIs, HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Syteline, EDI, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Document Management or other commercial applications (ERP, MRP, Manufacturing, Distribution, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, etc.).
