TXI is looking for a Lead Delivery Manager who loves to unpack a puzzle and work to see it solved.

As a Lead Delivery Manager, you have an opportunity to frame how engagements run and collaborate with integrated teams to deliver products that matter.
This individual will be responsible for defining and implementing the team structure, establishing how client engagements will work, and leading planning, estimation, and successful delivery. They will bring empathy and curiosity to deeply understand and internalize each client's needs, goals, constraints, and organizational context-using that understanding to navigate ambiguity, identify opportunities, and scope complex product engagements based on business and user value.
This is an execution-heavy delivery role, with responsibility for moving complex digital products from ambiguity into execution and successful delivery. While delivery management is the core of the position, the ideal candidate also brings a strong product management mindset and experience guiding products from concept to delivery. They know how to lead discovery, shape the right problems to solve, and balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints in close partnership with design and engineering. As an experienced consultant, they will build trusted, influential relationships with senior client stakeholders that deepen and expand over time.

• Agile Project Management: You are an expert at utilizing agile project management skills to efficiently plan, execute, and manage projects iteratively to deliver exceptional software within the constraints of scope, time, and budget
• Risk Mitigation: You are highly capable at identifying, analyzing, and mitigating project risks, as well as effectively managing changes to project scope, timelines, or requirements. You are capable of ensuring that clients, team members, and stakeholders maintain awareness and can plan accordingly.
• Team Enablement: You are highly capable at fostering an environment and ways of working that promote collaboration, accountability, continuous learning, and process improvement. You can empower teams to drive innovation and achieve successful project outcomes.
• Product Management: You are highly capable of thoughtfully steering the development, launch, and evolution of a company's product(s) to meet desired outcomes. In other words, you can effectively understand and balance business objectives, user needs, and technical capabilities and constraints.
• Delivery Quality: You are highly capable of promoting and advocating for quality standards, processes, and best practices, including accessibility guidelines, to ensure the delivery of high-quality, inclusive, and user-friendly software solutions.
• Additionally, you demonstrate alignment with our delivery principles: prioritizing transparent communication with team members and clients; being proactive, results-oriented, and adaptive; empowering your teammates to "multiply" their potential and effectiveness; creating psychological safety within your team; and curiosity and an appetite for learning and new information

Within 1 month, you will

What We Offer
We believe in equitable pay. The salary range for this role is $156,000 - $185,000. In addition to base compensation and an incentive pay structure, we also offer the following benefits, which are intended to take care of you (and the people you care about):

Location
We have a remote environment at TXI, with distributed team members in the US, Canada, South America, and Europe who work from home. We communicate and collaborate effectively in a remote environment using tools like Google Workspace, Miro, Notion, Slack, and Zoom. We also prioritize virtual bonding and emphasize inclusivity, autonomy, and trust while cultivating a safe and welcoming environment that is conducive to supporting a positive employee experience.
While we encourage asynchronous communication, we often work in pairs or in collaboration sessions. Therefore, having some core hours that overlap with our clients and your fellow team members is important.
