As the Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities each day, including:

• Providing psychotherapy to individuals struggling with mental health concerns, particularly those in substance abuse recovery.
• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and developing tailored treatment plans using best practices in solution-focused therapy.
• Administering therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to assist in the recovery process.
• Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical records within our electronic health record system to ensure proper documentation and tracking of patient progress.
• Collaborating actively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care and address all aspects of a patient's wellbeing.
• Educating patients and their families about available mental health and substance abuse resources to facilitate informed decision-making and encourage engagement in treatment.
• Staying current with research developments in the field of mental health and integrating evidence-based practices into your own work.
• Managing your caseload effectively, achieving treatment goals, and adhering to ethical standards in all clinical work.

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of New Jersey.
