In your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality psychotherapy services to a diverse clientele. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments with new patients, gathering comprehensive information to inform individualized treatment planning.
• Developing evidence-based treatment plans, employing a variety of therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to each client’s needs.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all documentation meets the highest ethical standards.
• Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow social workers, to coordinate exceptional patient care.
• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to improve care quality and share insights across disciplines.
• Educating clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to aid their journeys.
• Engaging in continuous professional development to stay updated on the latest mental health research and evidence-based practices, ensuring high standards of service delivery.

In this position, you will serve a diverse patient population that may include individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various mood disorders. Your empathetic approach and understanding of cultural sensitivities will be essential in providing tailored support. • A Master’s Degree or higher in Social Work or a closely related field.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New York.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing positively as a team member.
