Mythic Harmony Behavioral and Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. This role is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while still being part of a collaborative team. Communication tools and telehealth platforms will be utilized to conduct patient assessments and follow-ups. You will engage with a diverse range of social work professionals, medical practitioners, and client advocates to provide effective, integrated care. The standard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments tailored to the unique mental health, substance abuse, and medical needs of clients within a primary care context.
• Providing behavioral health services which encompass individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, including intake evaluations, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and accurately diagnosing mental health conditions.
• Documenting client interactions, mental health evaluations, and progress notes electronically, ensuring all records meet compliance guidelines.
• Implementing culturally sensitive and age-appropriate intervention strategies while communicating effectively with clients about their treatment options.
• Engaging in crisis intervention by assessing suicide risk and escalating patient needs to physicians or other healthcare providers when necessary.
• Establishing a network of referrals and liaising with community agencies and resources, such as medication assistance programs, to support clients' comprehensive needs.
• Collaborating with quality improvement teams to assess service delivery and implement strategies for enhanced patient outcomes.

The typical clientele served in this role includes individuals and families from various age groups and cultural backgrounds, each facing mental health and substance use challenges. Our community-based approach ensures that care is accessible and tailored to the specific needs and preferences of our patients, thereby empowering them towards sustainable recovery and wellness.

• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure in the state of California.
• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• At least three (3) years of post-licensure clinical experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in social work practice.

• Proficiency in therapeutic techniques, crisis intervention strategies, and the ability to make sound independent decisions regarding client counseling.
• Experience in facilitating group therapy sessions and developing effective treatment plans based on individual assessments.
• Familiarity with electronic health records and telehealth technology to ensure compliant and comprehensive documentation of patient interactions.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
