• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs and social determinants of health. These assessments are crucial in developing individualized treatment goals.
• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions tailored to address a broad spectrum of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to substance use disorders.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions focusing on shared experiences, offering peer support, and providing psychoeducation on coping strategies and resources.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions, ensuring clients achieve their measurable goals.
• Deliver crisis intervention services including conducting risk assessments, creating safety plans, and coordinating emergency resources when necessary.
• Advocate for clients' rights and help them access community resources and healthcare services, ensuring they receive the comprehensive support needed for recovery.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in alignment with legal and ethical standards, documenting assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes to track client outcomes and improvements.

This role specifically focuses on clients in a detox setting, which requires a deep understanding of the challenges associated with addiction and withdrawal. You will work closely with individuals who are navigating the complexities of substance use and mental health issues. • A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrable clinical experience in providing social work and counseling services, particularly in mental health or substance use treatment settings.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster therapeutic relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 95,000 per year, complemented by a sign-on bonus to attract top talent in the field.
