As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will engage in a variety of critical functions aimed at enhancing the developmental trajectories of children. Your responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine child and family needs.
• Collaborating in the development and execution of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to each child's unique circumstances.
• Monitoring outcomes and progress, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with all Federal and State regulations.
• Providing families with practical tools and support strategies to foster their child's development and overall well-being.
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and maintaining ongoing communication with families to build trust and address concerns effectively.
• Facilitating education sessions for parents and caregivers about resources and strategies that can enhance their child’s developmental potential.
• Promoting a healthy learning environment through rapport with children, families, and team members.
• Implementing coaching models and natural environment teaching approaches, keeping interventions relevant and relatable.

Your primary focus will be on young children, primarily ages birth to three years, who are experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. This vulnerable population requires specialized support tailored to individual family dynamics. You will work closely with families to navigate challenges, celebrate milestones, and ensure that children receive nurturing care critical to their early development.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
• Current licensure by the Department of Public Health as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
• Proficiency in adapting practices to meet diverse learning styles and the needs of each child.
• One or more years of direct experience working with young children in early intervention settings.
• Demonstrated commitment to employing Natural Learning Environment Practices for effective child development.
• Bilingual skills are encouraged, enhancing communication with diverse communities.
• Exceptional organization and time management skills, with a keen ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to foster collaborative relationships with family members and colleagues.

Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary teams and familiarity with Early Intervention programs will be significant assets in this role. A background in providing family-centered care approaches and navigating the complexities involved in a child's developmental pathway will further bolster your expertise.
