• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals facing mental health issues in the context of substance abuse recovery.
• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate client needs and develop tailored treatment plans employing best practices and solution-based interventions.
• Utilize therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address the unique challenges of each client.
• Maintain meticulous and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in regular collaboration with multidisciplinary treatment teams to cocreate comprehensive care strategies for clients.
• Educate clients and their families about available mental health and substance abuse resources to facilitate ongoing recovery efforts.
• Remain current with the latest research in the field and implement evidence-based practices to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Manage and oversee your caseload effectively, ensuring alignment with treatment goals while adhering to ethical guidelines.

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals who are confronting challenges associated with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our diverse client population includes adolescents, young adults, and older adults, each requiring tailored therapeutic strategies to support their recovery processes.

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid LCSW license in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience, specifically in the area of substance abuse therapy.
• Familiarity with evidence-based solution-focused interventions and approaches.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills essential for collaborative care.

While a minimum of one year of clinical experience is required, candidates with additional experience or certifications in substance abuse counseling, trauma-informed care, or advanced therapeutic techniques will be given preference. The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging between USD 80,000 and USD 100,000, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
