• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ mental health and substance abuse issues, crafting personalized treatment plans based on best practices.
• Offer psychotherapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) specifically designed for substance abuse recovery.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in alignment with regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal requirements.
• Work collaboratively within our multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure a cohesive care approach that addresses all aspects of a patient’s health.
• Educate patients and their families about available resources for mental health and substance use, fostering an environment of knowledge and support.
• Stay abreast of the latest research in mental health and substance abuse issues to continually integrate new findings into practice.
• Manage your own case load effectively to meet treatment goals while providing consistent, quality care to your patients.

You will engage with a diverse population of patients primarily dealing with substance abuse issues. Our clients come from a variety of backgrounds and experiences, requiring a nuanced understanding of individual circumstances. You will provide compassionate support that recognizes the complexity of mental health issues in the context of substance use recovery.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience focusing on substance abuse therapy and mental health treatment.
• Proficient understanding of solution-focused interventions and therapeutic methodologies.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Previous experience working in a remote environment is advantageous.
• Training in additional therapeutic modalities or certifications relevant to substance use disorders is preferred.

The position offers an attractive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
