As you engage with clients, you will have full access to our electronic health records platform for documentation and progress tracking.

• Conduct in-depth, virtual psychosocial assessments that evaluate clients' individual strengths, weaknesses, and mental health needs.
• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances, leveraging various therapeutic modalities as appropriate.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing techniques that address a broad spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, nurses, and community support staff, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Act as a strong advocate for clients, helping them access community resources and support services that further enhance their recovery process.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in our secure electronic health records system.
• Engage in continuous professional development, participating in team meetings, case reviews, and education sessions to stay current with best practices and clinical trends.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, who are experiencing a range of mental health concerns. You will be particularly focused on providing culturally competent care, ensuring each individual feels seen and understood within the therapeutic relationship.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience providing social work services, preferably within a behavioral health context.
• Proficiency in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing tailored therapeutic interventions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful connections with a diverse population.
• Commitment to ethical practice, social justice, and cultural humility in all engagements.

• Experience in a community health setting or a similar healthcare environment.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
• A demonstrated history of advocating for clients and navigating complex social service systems.
