In your capacity as an LCSW with Blended Healing Psychotherapy Center, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the needs and challenges of your clients, ensuring all information is documented accurately.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect clients' goals and progress, adjusting them as needed based on continuous evaluations.
• Provide engaging individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's situation.
• Monitor client progress diligently, maintaining regular communication with clients regarding their developments toward therapeutic goals, and modifying treatment plans when necessary.
• Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, educators, and family members, to provide comprehensive care and coordinate a multidisciplinary approach.
• Deliver immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, employing appropriate techniques to ensure safety and stabilization.
• Maintain meticulous and timely records of sessions and client interactions, effectively using electronic health record (EHR) systems to contribute to the overall client care process.
• Stay informed about the latest research findings and emerging trends in mental health care to continuously enhance your practice.

The LCSW will primarily serve school-aged children and adolescents, fostering mental health and resilience in young individuals facing various challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and significant life transitions. Engagements may also involve working with family units to address interpersonal dynamics and systemic issues affecting the youth.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid state license to practice clinical social work.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to form trusting relationships with clients.
• Competency in managing confidential information with sensitivity and professionalism.
• The capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Experience in school-based settings or working with children and adolescents is preferred, alongside familiarity with telehealth platforms and EHR systems. Additionally, prior crisis intervention experience and knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities will be an asset.
