• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their psychological, emotional, and social needs, ensuring that each client's unique circumstances are taken into account.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and solution-focused, guiding clients through their recovery journey with tailored strategies.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and motivational interviewing, aimed at fostering positive changes in clients' lives.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, managing client records responsibly.
• Regularly collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and support staff, to coordinate comprehensive care plans and enhance overall treatment effectiveness.
• Stay informed about the latest research, techniques, and trends in social work and addiction treatment, integrating new knowledge into your practice for continuous improvement.

Our center caters to a diverse population of clients primarily dealing with substance abuse issues, as well as co-occurring mental health disorders, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. As an LCSW, you will work with individuals of varying ages and backgrounds, using a client-centered approach that respects their unique experiences and promotes their autonomy throughout the recovery process.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active LCSW license valid in the state of Nevada.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients and facilitate open discussions.
• Proficiency with technology and telehealth platforms to support remote service delivery and client engagement.

We welcome candidates with prior experience working in substance use disorder rehabilitation or mental health settings. Expertise in trauma-informed care practices and prior involvement in team-based, collaborative care approaches are highly desirable. Additionally, previous experience working in remote or virtual care environments will be advantageous to excel in this role.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
