Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team that includes educators, counselors, and mental health professionals to develop comprehensive strategies to support students' emotional and behavioral needs.
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments, ensuring they address the academic and social challenges faced by each student.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support for students experiencing acute psychological distress, maintaining a calm environment during critical moments.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
  • A minimum of two years of experience working directly with children and adolescents, preferably in educational or community settings.
  • Exceptional communication and clinical skills, with the ability to relate to students and families from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits
