• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to determine the mental health needs of patients, leveraging standardized tools and methodologies.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based therapeutic practices, including solution-based therapy techniques.
• Document clinical interactions and maintain accurate records in a timely manner to fulfill regulatory and organizational standards.
• Engage with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to coordinate patient care and optimize treatment outcomes.
• Offer education and support to both patients and their families, empowering them through the treatment process and enhancing their understanding of mental health issues.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
