• Conduct thorough intake assessments and screenings to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, employing various diagnostic tools and methods.
• Deliver evidence-based short-term individual therapy and crisis intervention services for clients encountering a multitude of psychological concerns.
• Facilitate engaging therapy groups and workshops that address vital topics such as stress management, coping strategies, and personal development.
• Coordinate with campus and community partners—including academic institutions, social service agencies, and support groups—to build an integrated support network for clients.
• Participate in outreach initiatives and community wellness events aimed at raising awareness of mental health issues and accessible resources.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

This role centers on supporting a diverse range of clients, including adolescents and adults facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. • Possession of an active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required, while a Master’s or doctoral degree is preferred.
• Demonstrate a sound understanding of the mental health challenges faced by various demographics, particularly those relevant to the populations we serve.
• Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Possess a working knowledge of evidence-based practices, particularly those applicable in outpatient settings.
• Ability to manage a diverse and dynamic caseload while navigating a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working within school or community counseling settings, particularly with young adults and adolescents.
• Familiarity with therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care practices.
• Proven involvement in community outreach and mental health advocacy initiatives.
