You will collaborate closely with educators and support staff, ensuring that mental health services align with the school's objectives and fulfill the needs of its students.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources effectively.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed approaches.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, goals, and preferences.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists and educational staff, to ensure integrated care and support for students.
• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning, particularly in cases where immediate support is needed.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups focused on various mental health topics pertinent to students.
• Maintain accurate and timely client documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance and the highest quality care.

This position will primarily support school-aged children and adolescents, along with their families. You will work directly with students facing a range of mental health issues, from emotional distress to behavioral challenges, helping them navigate their circumstances while promoting their overall well-being and academic success.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health care, especially in school or outpatient settings.
• Solid understanding of evidence-based therapeutic practices and methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical assessment skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and team members.

• Experience working in educational environments or with youth populations is highly desirable, as it informs your understanding of the unique challenges faced by students.
• Background in implementing trauma-informed care practices and crisis intervention strategies.
• Familiarity with school-based mental health systems and collaboration with educational personnel.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, employees are eligible for a sign-on bonus.
