• Deliver high-quality counseling and psychotherapy services to clients, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that are comprehensive and collaboratively designed with clients to ensure measurable outcomes.
• Advocate for clients by connecting them with essential resources, such as financial aid, housing assistance, and additional social services to support their recovery journey.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients who are experiencing acute mental health crises, including suicidal ideation and severe trauma responses.
• Engage in community education initiatives aimed at increasing mental health awareness and decreasing stigma around mental health issues.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records in alignment with HIPAA regulations, detailing treatment plans and client progress.
• Participate in ongoing mentorship opportunities, promoting professional development and personal growth within clinical practices.

The clientele at Psyche Counseling LLC encompasses a diverse range of individuals, including teenagers, adults, and families from various backgrounds. Our patients present a variety of challenges, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and trauma. As an LCSW-C, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on their lives through tailored therapeutic interventions.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Active Maryland license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-C (LCSW-C) with the ability to practice independently.
• A client-centered approach characterized by empathy, compassion, and cultural competence in understanding diverse client backgrounds.
• Demonstrated experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families, preferably within a clinical setting.

• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and technology, enhancing remote client engagement.
• Experience in case management and navigating complex social services can be beneficial.
• Understanding of trauma-informed care practices will be considered a plus.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a robust benefits package that includes:
