Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and formulate treatment plans using evidence-based approaches tailored to each student's unique needs.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), effectively leveraging video conferencing and telehealth technologies.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with health regulations through secure electronic health records (EHR), organizing patient information efficiently.
• Engage in collaborative discussions and consultations with fellow mental health professionals, contributing insights to improve case management during virtual meetings.
• Provide educational resources to students and their families on mental health awareness, therapy processes, and local community services that support their objectives.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through webinars, research reviews, and online training, integrating the latest findings into your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position is primarily focused on supporting students in school settings, addressing challenges such as anxiety, depression, social difficulties, and behavioral issues. You will engage with students from various backgrounds, ensuring culturally competent care and establishing a rapport that fosters trust and open communication.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state, allowing you to provide psychotherapy services within the required jurisdictions.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience working in mental health, particularly with children and adolescents, providing psychotherapy interventions.
• Outstanding communication skills and a strong capacity for building therapeutic relationships with clients in a virtual environment.
• Capable of utilizing various digital platforms effectively to deliver services and maintain client engagement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in a remote work context.
