Position Overview

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is excited to invite applications for a fully remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) position focused on mental health services within a school environment. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to positively impact the lives of students and their families while enjoying the flexibility and comfort of working from home. You will be an integral part of our therapeutic team, providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population.

About the Organization

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is dedicated to enhancing mental health and well-being within communities. Our network of therapists is committed to delivering outstanding support through innovative treatment practices. We emphasize a collaborative approach, ensuring that our practitioners have the resources they need to empower clients in their healing journeys. Here, you will find a culture that values professional growth and rewards dedication to patient care.

Work Environment

In this fully remote role, you will experience the freedom to create your own schedule, eliminating the need for daily commutes and rigid office hours. While collaborating virtually with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychologists and psychiatrists, you will maintain a work-life balance that suits your lifestyle. Our telehealth platform equips you with the tools to maintain effective client interactions, making remote therapy not only accessible but also impactful.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments and formulate treatment plans using evidence-based approaches tailored to each student's unique needs.
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), effectively leveraging video conferencing and telehealth technologies.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with health regulations through secure electronic health records (EHR), organizing patient information efficiently.
  • Engage in collaborative discussions and consultations with fellow mental health professionals, contributing insights to improve case management during virtual meetings.
  • Provide educational resources to students and their families on mental health awareness, therapy processes, and local community services that support their objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development through webinars, research reviews, and online training, integrating the latest findings into your practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This position is primarily focused on supporting students in school settings, addressing challenges such as anxiety, depression, social difficulties, and behavioral issues. You will engage with students from various backgrounds, ensuring culturally competent care and establishing a rapport that fosters trust and open communication.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
  • A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state, allowing you to provide psychotherapy services within the required jurisdictions.
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience working in mental health, particularly with children and adolescents, providing psychotherapy interventions.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a strong capacity for building therapeutic relationships with clients in a virtual environment.
  • Capable of utilizing various digital platforms effectively to deliver services and maintain client engagement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in a remote work context.
  • A willingness to collaborate and facilitate team meetings virtually, contributing to a positive workplace dynamic.
Preferred Experience

While the minimum requirement is 2 years, candidates with additional experience in educational or school-based settings, knowledge of trauma-informed care, and experience with specific therapeutic modalities are highly valued. Familiarity with telehealth delivery and experience in remote case management will provide you with a competitive edge within our organization.

Compensation and Benefits
  • We offer a competitive salary within the range of $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance designed to prioritize your well-being.
  • Life and disability insurance for peace of mind.
  • Malpractice and professional liability insurance so you can focus solely on patient care without concerns.
  • Access to an employee assistance program offering additional mental health support services.
  • Minimal administrative workload, allowing you to dedicate more of your time to patient care rather than paperwork.
  • Unlimited patient referrals, ensuring a steady client base and the opportunity for impactful care.
Career Growth Opportunities

At Gotham Enterprises Ltd, we prioritize your professional development. You will have access to continuous training, mentorship from seasoned professionals, and opportunities to lead workshops or seminars within the organization. As you grow in your role, there are pathways for advancement into supervisory or specialized positions within the mental health field.
