The Opportunity

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and motivated to support a growing platform that underpins our customer journey, marketing operations, and sales enablement efforts.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across departments to ensure that our Salesforce environment is efficient, secure, and continuously optimized for evolving business needs.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce Experience Cloud, and core CRM instances.
  • Configure workflows, reports, dashboards, fields, profiles, and user permissions.
  • Provide user support, training, and documentation to ensure adoption and effective use of Salesforce systems.
  • Support data integrity through regular audits, imports/exports, and duplicate management.
  • Assist in system testing and deployment for new Salesforce features or platform integrations.
  • Collaborate with IT, Sales, Marketing, and Digital teams to align business needs with system capabilities.

  • 3+ years of experience administering Salesforce platforms, including configuration and user management.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science preferred. Will consider experience in lieu of degree.
