Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to understand clients' histories and establish effective treatment plans that cater to their unique needs.
- Develop and implement personalized therapeutic strategies focused on facilitating trauma recovery and enhancing resilience.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based techniques including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for clients.
- Deliver immediate crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating acute responsiveness and care.
- Educate clients and their families regarding trauma responses and effective coping mechanisms to foster understanding and healing.
- Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation while adhering to all legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance throughout your practice.
- Engage in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development opportunities centered around trauma-informed care methodologies.
- Stay informed of current trends and research in trauma therapy to continually elevate the quality of care provided to our patients.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including those coping with PTSD, various forms of trauma, and related mental health issues, with an emphasis on individual recovery journeys. Qualifications- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
- Strong foundational knowledge of trauma-related disorders and the ability to employ trauma-informed treatment modalities effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to client interactions.
- Ability to thrive in high-stress situations, maintaining composure while delivering care.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications to manage client documentation effectively.
