Work Environment

This full-time, remote position allows you to work from anywhere while engaging directly with clients through secure telehealth technology. The operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive online assessments to identify the mental health needs and goals of each client.
• Create tailored care plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic approaches, ensuring each client receives the attention and strategies they require for improvement.
• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions that empower clients to actively participate in their treatment journey.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical notes, treatment sessions, and client progress, adhering to all ethical and legal requirements.
• Utilize digital health tools and resources to enhance the therapeutic process and collaborate with clients effectively.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training opportunities, broadening your clinical skills and staying current with industry standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Clason Mental Health Clinic caters primarily to individuals with low-acuity mental health needs. Our clients come from various backgrounds and require support for conditions such as anxiety, mild depression, and adjustment disorders. By employing a remote model, we can reach underserved populations, including those living in rural areas where access to qualified mental health care professionals is limited.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Valid licensure in Tennessee as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in good standing.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with a diverse clientele.
• Proficiency with technology and telehealth platforms to deliver services efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy or counseling services, ideally in a remote environment.
• Experience working with a diverse client population and a strong understanding of cultural competence in mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits

Clason Mental Health Clinic offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
