Job description

Summary:

The role is responsible for driving operational efficiency and supporting product-related initiatives through process analysis, documentation, and communication. This position partners closely with product managers and internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing program performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize processes to evaluate program performance and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.

  • Develop presentations and deliver data-driven insights to support program manager communications with clients and senior leadership.

  • Design and maintain enablement processes and documentation (including SmartSheet) and project plans for key initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of product-related changes and impacts.

  • Gather and validate business requirements and oversee the implementation of program enhancements across EviCore's systems, processes, and applications

  • Provide advanced issue resolution support by diagnosing root causes, troubleshooting, and implementing solutions to mitigate future risks.

  • Serve as the primary liaison for client implementations, representing CE Products as the single point of contact throughout the process.

  • Perform additional duties as needed to support evolving business objectives including but, not limited to pulling reports and/or pathway development.

  • Assist with operational training preparation for interdepartmental staff interacting with the program.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Organizational skill to track tasks and completion

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio

  • Ability to work with data and reporting tools to research, organize, and summarize findings

  • High technical and functional aptitude for problem solving and process flow management

  • Ability to manage time and responsibilities in a fast paced, fluid environment

  • Strong interpersonal skills to work as part of a team on large projects

  • Self-motivated and high level of personal imitative

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 27 - 40 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
