Facey Medical Group has an excellent opportunity for a full-time board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for its Mission Hills location in California.

Join a dedicated and collegial team who provide outpatient care at a reputable and established organization that has been a staple in the Los Angeles area for more than 100 years. Full-time physicians with Facey Medical Group are only scheduled 4.5 days per week as the organization recognizes the importance of a healthy work-life balance. Enjoy an outstanding work culture while living in the beautiful San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles.

Position Highlights:

  • Full‑time, Board-certified or Board-eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician
  • Practice location: Mission Hills California facilities
  • Outpatient only with no hospital responsibilities
  • Strong emphasis on quality, patient outcomes, and evidence-based care
  • After‑hours call volume is shared among physicians in the region (approximately once per month)
  • Supportive, team-based care environment with experienced clinical staff

Schedule:

  • Full‑time physicians are scheduled 4.5 days per week
  • Emphasis on sustainable practice and work‑life balance
  • Generous paid time off

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Compensation is between $280,000 and $350,000 per year

Facey Medical Foundation is the MSO for Facey Medical Group with offices in the San Fernando, Santa Clarita, and Simi valleys. Facey employs over 240 physicans specializing in everything from Internal Medicine and Pediatrics to Women's Health Services (OB/Gyn) and Orthopedic Surgery. Facey has a large contracted network of specialists to better meet patient needs and expectations. Facey proudly operates two fully functional Urgent Care Centers (Santa Clarita + San Fernando) and has repeatedly received awards for clinical excellence.
