Job description

Facey Medical Group has an excellent opportunity for a full-time board-eligible/board-certified Otolaryngology (ENT) physician. The candidate should be comfortable providing all general and surgical ENT services and maintain a strong emphasis on patient satisfaction. This role will be based in Valencia, California but will also provide some coverage at Mission Hills facility.

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday schedule
  • Provide coverage at Valencia location and Mission Hills facility
  • Call will be 1:3 with nights and weekends
  • Panel call is available and optional, compensated by an additional stipend from the hospitals
  • Provision for the establishment of a cosmetic practice is not expected
  • Experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply
  • Compensation is between $420,000 and $530,000 per year
  • The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above
