Job description

Facey Medical Foundation is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Pediatrician to join a long established, collaborative medical group in Mission Hills, California. This position is a great opportunity to step into a stable practice consisting of 4 pediatricians with strong support, modern facilities, and excellent work life balance. The group is open to physicians at any stage of their career, including new residency graduates, and values a friendly, team oriented approach to patient care.


Key Position Details:


  • Outpatient pediatric care for patients ages 0-17
  • Average of 20-30 patients per day with age appropriate visit lengths
  • Light call schedule
  • Nurse triage support screens initial calls
  • Inpatient responsibilities limited to normal newborn rounding
  • Compensation is between $240,000 and $280,000 per year
  • Comprehensive benefits, and shareholder opportunity within three years
  • Relative autonomy in practice style

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Facey Medical Foundation is the MSO for Facey Medical Group with offices in the San Fernando, Santa Clarita, and Simi valleys. Facey employs over 240 physicans specializing in everything from Internal Medicine and Pediatrics to Women's Health Services (OB/Gyn) and Orthopedic Surgery. Facey has a large contracted network of specialists to better meet patient needs and expectations. Facey proudly operates two fully functional Urgent Care Centers (Santa Clarita + San Fernando) and has repeatedly received awards for clinical excellence.
