• Conduct teletherapy sessions utilizing a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach to address various mental health needs.
• Maintain and manage client documentation through a streamlined electronic system, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and client confidentiality.
• Participate actively in peer consultation meetings and continuing education events to enhance your skills and knowledge base.
• Adhere to a consistent work schedule, primarily from Monday to Friday, to ensure availability for your clients and to support a structured routine.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust therapeutic approaches as needed to meet clients’ evolving needs.
• Engage in community outreach and educational efforts to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma.

You will be working with a diverse patient population, including adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Our clients often seek therapy through telehealth due to its convenience and accessibility. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in their healing journey, helping them to navigate life's complexities with empathy and competence.

• Possession of an active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a relevant field.
• A minimum of two years of independent clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, particularly delivered via telehealth modalities.
• Familiarity with best practices in remote therapy and proficiency in using digital platforms for client management and telehealth services.
• A proven record of participating in team collaborations and peer supervision.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, depending on experience. In addition, you will be eligible for bonuses based on the number of client sessions conducted.
