As a Remote SLP Supervisor, your daily responsibilities usually include overseeing and mentoring a team of speech-language pathologists, reviewing and providing feedback on treatment plans and clinical documentation, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. To thrive as a Remote SLP Supervisor, you need a master's degree in speech-language pathology, current state licensure, and experience delivering and overseeing speech therapy services. Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills set strong candidates apart by supporting remote collaboration and effective team oversight. Your Role: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP):
Reporting directly to the Clinical Director, the SLP evaluates, develops, and oversees individualized speech and language treatment plans. You'll work collaboratively with BCBAs and clinical team members while providing high-quality, data-driven therapy to support communication, social language, and functional skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations and reassessments Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment plans Provide direct therapy targeting speech, language, and social communication goals Collaborate with and train parents/caregivers to support treatment goals Partner with BCBAs and clinical staff to ensure cohesive, interdisciplinary care Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting in the electronic health record system Participate in team meetings, mentorship opportunities, and professional development
Qualifications:
Required: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders; active state SLP licensure and ASHA CCC-SLP (or Clinical Fellowship eligibility); strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred: Experience working with children with ASD; familiarity with ABA-based or interdisciplinary treatment environments; experience providing parent coaching and caregiver education.
