About the Role
We are seeking a qualified andmotivated Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-qualityteletherapy services to students in an educational environment in Minnesota.This is a fully remote, independent contractor (1099) position offeringflexibility and autonomy while supporting student success in communication andlearning.
Responsibilities
โขย ย Conduct virtual speech and language assessments andevaluations for students
โขย ย Develop and implement Individualized Education Program(IEP) goals and treatment plans
โขย ย Provide engaging teletherapy sessions aligned witheducational standards
โขย ย Maintain accurate and compliant documentation inaccordance with school and state guidelines
โขย ย Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, andfamilies
โขย ย Monitor student progress and participate in virtual IEPmeetings as needed
Qualifications
โขย ย Minnesota SLP License (Must be licensed in state ofresidence if outside of Minnesota)
โขย ย Masterโs degree in Speech-Language Pathology orCommunication Disorders
โขย ย Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
โขย ย Experience working in school-based settings stronglypreferred
โขย ย Familiarity with IEP processes and educationalcompliance requirements
โขย ย Reliable internet connection and appropriate technologyfor virtual service delivery
