Job description

Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP)

Part-Time or Full-Time | W-2 | 30–40 Hours/Week | PTO + Paid Holidays | California

Remote work doesn't have to mean working alone.

Looking for a remote SLP position where you can keep growing clinically, work with a variety of clients, and actually feel like part of a team?

At Justine Sherman & Associates (JSA), you'll work with both pediatric and adult clients, giving you the opportunity to build a diverse caseload and expand your clinical skills. Our remote team brings together clinicians with diverse interests and expertise, creating opportunities to learn, collaborate, and grow throughout your career.

You'll have access to clinical mentorship, weekly collaboration, professional development, and a supportive Operations Team that helps keep the administrative side of your job manageable.

And if you're interested in voice therapy, you'll have the opportunity to grow that specialty as part of your caseload.

Why JSA?

We think great SLPs deserve a great work environment.

  • Clinical variety — Work with both pediatric and adult clients across a wide range of communication disorders.
  • Grow your specialty — Opportunities to develop experience in voice therapy and other specialty areas (e.g., AAC, fluency, aphasia, ASD, etc.)
  • Real collaboration — Weekly opportunities to connect, collaborate, problem-solve, and learn from other clinicians.
  • Keep growing — Clinical mentorship, 12 CEUs annually, and opportunities to develop your expertise and leadership skills.
  • Remote + connected — Work from home without feeling like you're working on an island.
  • Consistency — Build a steady caseload with a consistent schedule.
  • We provide the tools — Company laptop, EHR, digital therapy resources, and monthly internet stipend.
  • Strong benefits — W-2 employment, PTO, paid holidays, health benefits, 401(k) match, annual raises, and referral bonuses.

What You'll Do

As a Remote SLP at JSA, you will:

  • Provide teletherapy to pediatric and adult clients
  • Complete evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based intervention across a variety of communication disorders
  • Collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, and other professionals
  • Complete timely clinical documentation in our EHR
  • Manage your caseload with support from our Operations Team
  • Participate in team collaboration, professional development, and clinical learning

Most therapy sessions are 45 minutes, allowing time within your workday for documentation and other professional responsibilities.

Your Schedule

We value consistency—for you and your clients.

  • 30–40 hours per week
  • Health benefits begin at 30 hours/week
  • Monday–Thursday availability until 6:00–7:00 PM Pacific is required
  • Friday availability until 5:00 PM Pacific is required
  • California/Pacific Time Zone availability required

Compensation & Benefits

Targeted compensation between $63,750-$100,000 annualized, depending on hours, experience, and productivity.

Your benefits include:
  • W-2 employment
  • PTO
  • Paid holidays
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • 12 CEUs annually
  • Clinical mentorship and professional development
  • Company laptop
  • EHR and digital therapy tools
  • Monthly internet stipend
  • Annual raises
  • Employee referral bonuses

Who We're Looking For

You are an SLP who is curious, collaborative, dependable, and excited to keep learning.

Required:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • California SLP license or eligibility for California licensure
  • At least 1 year of pediatric experience
  • At least 1 year of adult experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Ability to provide effective teletherapy
Preferred:
  • Adult voice therapy experience
  • Experience with specialty populations or complex communication needs
  • Interest in continuing to expand your clinical skill set

Spanish-speaking SLPs are especially encouraged to apply.

Why JSA?

Founded in 2007, Justine Sherman & Associates is a clinician-led private practice serving children and adults throughout California.

We've intentionally built our remote program to be different from the typical "log on, see your clients, log off" teletherapy model.

You are part of a team.

You'll have people to collaborate with, clinicians to learn from, leadership that knows you, and an Operations Team that helps support your day-to-day work.

We believe great therapy happens when clinicians have the support, resources, and professional freedom to do what they do best: help their clients communicate and connect.

Ready for a remote job that feels like more than just a remote job?

We'd love to meet you.
