Job description

Seeking a licensed SLP for flexible PRN coverage in an adult rehab facility at Travis/Fairfield, CA. Provide evaluations, treatment, dysphagia management, and clinical documentation for adult patients. Enjoy a flexible independent-contractor schedule with the ability to complete eligible paperwork remotely, as allowed by facility policy, DOR approval and compliance requirements. Adult rehab or SNF experience preferred.

Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) — PRN / 1099 Contractor or Part-Time W2

Setting: Rehab Facility / Adult Post-Acute Care 

Schedule: Flexible PRN; weekday, weekend, half-day, and full-day options available 

Work Model: On-site patient care with remote completion of eligible documentation duties as permitted by DOR.

Compensation: $72/Hr depending on experience and qualification

Duties:

- Evaluate and treat adult patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing disorders

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

- Document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge summaries

- Collaborate with rehab, nursing, and interdisciplinary staff

- Educate patients, caregivers, and team members on treatment plans and carryover strategies

- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation
