Job description

We are seeking a Site Manager to join our team. You will oversee all contract operations, ensuring work is planned, executed, and supervised to meet performance, quality, and cost objectives. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the Government and lead all contractor personnel through effective coordination, communication, and resource management. This is an onsite position in Barstow, CA.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Contract Leadership & Oversight: Provides full management of contract operations, ensuring professional execution, adherence to requirements, and alignment with Government expectations.
  • Team Supervision & Development: Coaches, mentors, guides supervisors and leads; ensure proper scheduling, effective staffing, and strong performance across all service areas.
  • Operational Planning & Resource Management: Plans and organizes work to maximize resource utilization, prevent inefficiencies, and support timely, highquality service delivery.
  • Quality Assurance & Cost Control: Implements quality controls and costsaving strategies to ensure efficient operations and delivery of services at fair and reasonable costs.
  • Reporting & Communication: Ensures accurate, timely reporting and maintains excellent oral and written communication as the central point of contact for Government stakeholders.
  • Government Interface & Coordination: Serves as the primary liaison with the Government, managing coordination of all contract activities and addressing issues, updates, and performance expectations.
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Distribution Management -OR- a minimum of ten (10) years of management experience in distribution operations of similar size and complexity.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience using automated warehouse management systems within the past five years.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field of study
  • Relevant certifications

Clearance Requirements:
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
  • Preference given to candidates with a current clearance.
