Our work culture places a strong emphasis on wellness, encouraging continuous professional development and self-care practices to prevent burnout.

Your typical work hours will be Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing regular hours that facilitate work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough strength-based assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and formulate necessary interventions for individuals, couples, and families.
  • Design and implement tailored therapy plans that empower clients through skill-building and resilience-focused approaches.
  • Facilitate crisis interventions and develop safety and wellness plans to support clients during critical situations.
  • Utilize telehealth platforms to provide remote therapy sessions, ensuring clients receive consistent and timely support.
  • Engage in continuous collaboration with the care team, participating in regular meetings to discuss case progress and treatment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and care plans in compliance with organizational policies and insurance requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to expand your expertise in mental health practices and methodologies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse group of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges, as well as families navigating complex dynamics. Our approach is client-centered, tailoring interventions based on each individual’s unique history and needs.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
  • A current and valid Virginia license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
  • At least two years of relevant experience as a mental health counselor, demonstrating proficiency in assessing and addressing client needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients and maintain a warm, approachable demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage caseload effectively while adhering to deadlines.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant practices.
  • Familiarity with telehealth technologies and practices, ensuring effective remote client engagement.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and commitment to client care. In addition to a robust salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance plans designed to support your overall well-being.
  • A 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching to help you prepare for the future.
  • Generous paid time off (PTO) to recharge, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
  • Life insurance options for added security and peace of mind.
